C04: Coaching

Coaching is concerned above all with consulting about the facts and circumstances of ergonomic considerations in decision making. The following subjects are included:

• Detail design of the dialogs (navigation, focus control, etc.)
• Ergonomic detail in the design of the masks
• Detailed design of the symbols/icons

Here, the consulting takes place telephonically as requested or, concurrent with on-site workshops. Expenses are billed as incurred.
